Scrap Space Update

Back in August, while we were on vacation, we had a three to six inch flood in our basement. We were extremely lucky.  We know many people who had to place a hot water heater, washer, dryer, and furnace, as well as pull out and reinstall drywall and flooring because their basements were finished and they had three, five, and even seven feet of water.  We only had to replace our hot water heater and lost just stuff for the most part.  Still worth money, but still very lucky.

One of the things I did loose was the Expedit I kept my ScrapRack on. It has taken me two month to get this area cleaned up somewhat. I am not replacing the shelf, so this gives me less storage space. I reconfigured my paper storage and actually pulled all of the paper from my rainbow section and moved it to the shelves. My ScrapRack was just too full to even turn the pages and I was not buying a fourth base on principle. I also purged a decent stack of stuff. I think I may actually be able to find some time to use my space again. Still have to clear off one more part, but that will hopefully not take too long. You can see what my shelves looked like before and how I got everything into the ScrapRack on earlier posts.

Here are some photos of my reconfigured paper shelf and my skinnier ScrapRack:

I am also putting all of my Creative Memories 12x12 pages and protectors into a storage bin and putting it up on a shelf.  This helped clear off a few of the cubes for other items and will protect these from the dampness a little more.

My next purchase is going to be the Totally Tiffany Sparkle and Sprinkle supply case which can be found on The ScrapRack website:
